Echo price war: the first results of the OPEC deal

Minister of energy Alexander Novak and OPEC bring the first results of the deal the OPEC countries . According to Russian Minister of energy, an agreement to reduce production is made by 89%. The OPEC report noted that Russia had fulfilled its obligations on reduction of 94%. Analysts predict that by the end of the year the demand for oil may recover as the price increase substantially.
