Slow growth: Russian oil strengthens

The price of Russian oil Urals has risen to $to 4.59 per barrel and reached $25 per barrel — the highest levels since mid-March, according to the international Agency Argus. Deutsche Bank analysts have warned that with increasing oil prices the Russian brand to $30 a barrel of money coming to the rescue of the economy from the Russian national welfare Fund, enough for a maximum of six years.
