Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov expressed hope that the natural instinct to resume constructive dialogue with China will prevail in the United States. Ryabkov stressed that at the moment Washington is really trying to put pressure on China in all areas where possible, which undoubtedly leads to a further increase in uncertainty in international relations.
