In Oman, 810 cases of coronavirus were detected per day


Over the past day, 810 new confirmed cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection have been recorded in Oman. This was announced on June 17 by the Ministry of Health of the Sultanate. It is specified that this number includes 468 citizens of the country and 342 foreigners. According to the Ministry, as a result, the total number of people infected with coronavirus infection in the country has now reached 26,079. It is also reported that during the same time in the country two patients died from COVID-19 and therefore the total number of deaths increased to 116. In addition, it is indicated that currently in Oman 11,797 patients have been cured of COVID-19. Note, as reported by the news agency, earlier it became known that over the past day in Belgium, 13 patients died of COVID-19.
