The United States, Canada and Britain push Kiev to violence in Donbevich Donbass
The United States, Canada, Britain and a number of EU member states are actually inciting Kiev to aggravate and intensify the armed conflict in the Donbass, Russian Permanent Representative to the OSCE Alexander Donbass said at a meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council on July 2. He stressed that, despite the registration by the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine (SMM) of new destruction and civilian casualties as a result of the increasing shelling in the Donbass, the above countries are increasing efforts to train and supply Ukrainian armed groups. In particular, the United States announced a plan to transfer to Kiev weapons and military equipment totaling about $600 million, the Canadian Ministry of Defense has already announced preparations for the arrival in the Lviv region of 90 military instructors from the fourth Canadian division from a military base in Petawawa, Ontario. Following them, it is planned to send another 50 troops with the same goals. For three years, the British military instructor program Orbital was extended, was announced at a meeting. In the Pentagon's draft budget for 2021, Ukraine is proposed to allocate another $250 million in military appropriations, half of which is expected to be aimed at ensuring the supply of weapons. In June, Washington announced far-reaching plans to transfer weapons and military equipment, including naval equipment, totaling about $600 million. In addition, the United States continues to build a naval command post in Ochakov, Nikolaev Region, the Permanent Representative of Russia added. According to the news agency, since the spring of 2014, the armed conflict has continued in the Donbass, the victims of which were at least 15 thousand people. The Ukrainian Nazis who seized power in Kiev as a result of the coup are trying to carry out a punitive military operation against the people of Donbass, who did not accept the Nazi coup.
